Flying Lead Change provides leadership training to organizations of all sizes, whether in the boardroom or the barn. Our curriculum combines the philosophies and practical techniques of gentle horsemanship with proven business strategies, teaching leadership principles through experiential learning with horses. We emphasize the core tenets of both effective horsemanship and business leadership. We are proud to partner with organizations of all sizes for one day seminars and ongoing consulting needs. 

Bring your team to the barn, where our experienced staff will introduce you to a remarkable group of horses. Through ground-based trust-building exercises, as well as verbal and non-verbal communication activities, our program helps participants discover what it truly means to be an effective leader and to develop greater self-awareness. Each participant will be paired with their own horse, allowing them to bond and apply what they have learned. This is truly a unique and rewarding experience.

Jonathan Keisler, PhD, is an award-winning professor and businessman with extensive industry experience at some of the world’s leading companies. As he advanced in both the corporate world and academia, Jonathan became increasingly aware of the limited effort invested in developing organizational leaders. He began his journey as a horseman, not realizing how profoundly it would shape him as a husband, father, and leader. Always engaging, Jonathan now shares his wealth of experience and expertise with organizations of all sizes.
